Heario is proprietary software. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Heario application on your own devices, subject to our Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the application itself without our prior written permission.
The desktop application shell (the Tauri/React wrapper you install) is published on GitHub for transparency. The underlying AI pipeline and our managed-plan backend are not open source.
